Delicious Mediterranean Pizza with Chicken

Mediterranean Chicken Pizza Made Easy
12 oz marinated artichoke hearts
1 pound frozen bread or pizza dough, thawed completely
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ pound chicken breast, cooked and sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup ripe olives, chopped
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Drain artichokes and reserve marinade. Chop roughly and set aside.
Flour a flat surface and roll bread dough out into a fifteen inch diameter circle.
Transfer to a greased pizza pan about fourteen inches across and build up the edges. Brush the dough with reserved artichoke marinade.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine herbs and sprinkle over marinade, and then cover with chicken, olives, tomatoes, feta, artichokes, and mozzarella, adding a little mozzarella at the end to cover toppings.
Bake for twenty to twenty five minutes, until cheese and crust are lightly browned.
