Steak And Cheese Pizza Ingredients – 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 large Onions, sliced thin
1 1/4 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 Boneless Strip Steaks, 1/2 inch Thick
1 Large Baked Pizza Crust
2 tablespoons Deli Style Mustard
1 cup shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 cup shredded Provolone Cheese Preparation:
Heat broiler. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Heat oil in a skillet. Add onions and 1/2 tsp steak seasoning. Cook 10 min. or until translucent and lightly browned.
Season steaks with 3/4 tsp steak seasoning. Broil 2 min per side. Remove from broiler and slice thin against the grain. Place pizza crust on broiler pan and spread mustard. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and half of the provolone over the top, then add sliced steak and onions. Sprinkle remaining cheeses over steak. Broil 1 min. or until cheese melts and steak is heated. Remove to cutting board and cut into 6 slices and serve.
