Turkey Alfredo Pizza Ingredients – 1 (10 inches)Prebaked Thin Italian Bread Shell Crust
1 Garlic clove, peeled and halved
3/4 cup Alfredo Sauce, divided
1 (10 ounces) package Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 cups shredded Cooked Turkey Breast
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Preparation:
Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Rub with cut sides of garlic. Spread 1/2 cup alfredo sauce over crust.
In a bowl, combine the spinach, lemon juice, salt and pepper, spoon evenly over sauce. Top with turkey and drizzle with remaining alfredo sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper flakes. Bake at 425 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
