Simple Authentic Uncooked Pizza Sauce Recipe
Ingredients –
28 oz crushed tomatoes (San Marzano is best)
1 teaspoon fresh oregano
2 teaspoons fresh basil
2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
Preparation:
Whisk ingredients together and top pizza.
You may wish to allow the sauce to sit at room temperature for one hour to blend flavors, but this is optional.
Refrigerate or freeze remaining sauce.
