Easy Fruit Pizza Recipe
There are plenty of different fruit pizza recipes and this one is an easy fruit pizza recipe because the base is made from cookie dough. The filling is cream cheese based and you can choose whichever fruits you like for the topping. You can use canned fruits in this recipe for fruit pizza dessert if you like but make sure you drain them completely and blot them with a paper towel, else they might make the pizza soggy.

Recipe for Fruit Pizza Dessert
½ cup sugar
18 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz cream cheese
Selection of finely sliced fruits
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Roll the cookie dough into a ball and flatten it out.
Place on a 12 or 14-inch pizza pan and stretch it to the outer edge. Bake the dough crust until golden brown. This will take 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
Combine the egg, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and sour cream, beating until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cookie crust.
Starting at the center, arrange the fruit in a circular way, layering it as you go. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cut wedges with a cookie cutter.
