A Great Low Calorie Pizza Sauce Recipe

This one includes lots of flavorful ingredients, so you do not have to use much. Spread it thinly on a low calorie, cracker style crust and top with a small amount of strong cheese, plus plenty of veggies. You will not miss the calories, and you will not bust your healthy eating plan, either.
Low Calorie Pizza Sauce Recipe
1 six ounce can tomato paste
1 cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried oregano
⅛ teaspoon dried basil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot sauce
¼ teaspoon red pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer twenty to thirty minutes, or until desired consistency.
Allow to cool slightly and spread on pizza.
