Gluten Free Pizza Sauce

Ingredients –

1 six ounce can tomato paste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ cup water
3 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Combine tomato paste, oil, and water in a medium sized bowl and stir until well mixed.

Then, add remaining ingredients.

Allow sauce to rest for thirty minutes to allow flavors to fully develop and permeate the sauce, then top pizza as normal.

(Makes approximately 1 cup, tops 1 to 2 pizzas)
