Tasty Vegetarian Pizza Dough Recipe

Easy Vegetarian Pizza Dough
3 cups flour
2 ½ ounces fast rising yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix together the yeast, salt and flour in a large bowl.
Add the oil and water and knead for 5 minutes or until you can form a ball. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes somewhere warm.
Roll the dough out and fit it to a pizza pan.
Bake for 10 minutes or until browned.
Remove from oven and cool. Add your choice of toppings and bake for a further 10 or 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
