Ground Beef Mexican Pizza Recipe

Mexican Beef Pizza

Ingredients –

1 can refrigerated pizza crust
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs ground beef
1 ½ cups chunky tomato salsa
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 package taco seasoning

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Unroll the pizza dough and put it on a baking pan or pizza dish, pressing it down to make a thin crust.

Bake for about 8 minutes or until the crust starts to turn golden brown.

Sauté the ground beef until it is brown, and then stir in the taco seasoning.

Spread the chunky tomato salsa on the pizza crust, then the ground beef mixture, cheddar and Monterey jack cheese.

Bake the pizza for 10 minutes more, or until the cheese melts and the crust edges are golden brown.
